Celebrate National College Savings Month by entering the Dream Chaser Sweepstakes! Help support your loved one’s brightest future and enter for the chance to win $5,529 by opening an NC 529 Account or contributing to an existing account this month.

Here’s How to Enter

To enter, you must register your new or existing NC 529 Account and complete at least one qualifying action during the month of September. The more qualifying actions you complete, the more entries you will earn, and you may increase your chances of winning.

Qualifying actions to earn entries:

• Two (2) entries for the first Contribution made to a new account.
• One (1) entry for each Contribution made to an existing account.
• Two (2) entries for activating your NC 529 Account’s Gifting URL.
  • Invite family and friends to contribute, too! 
• Two (2) entries for setting up a new recurring Contribution by Automatic Draft (ACH) or Payroll Deduction.
• Two (2) entries for increasing a current recurring Contribution by at least $25 per Account.
• One (1) entry for updating or adding a Successor Participant.

Official Sweepstakes Rules

The entry period runs from September 1, 2025, until September 30, 2025. One winner will be randomly chosen to receive a $5,529 contribution to their NC 529 college savings account. Funds can be used for eligible education expenses, including K-12 tuition, college expenses, and career or technical school costs.
