It means you already created an account, so don’t create another one. Instead:

If you forgot your password or username, you can also contact your school counselor. They can retrieve your username in CFNC Professional Tools and send you a password reset link.

You may need to shut off your pop up blockers on your computer.  If you need assistance with this, please contact your school technology resource, teacher or school counselor.

If your pages are not loading correctly, check with your school technology resource to ensure that URL is on an approved list for access by your school.  You can refer that school contact to the Technology Guidelines that are posted on our website.

We have identified a system issue with some new CFNC accounts (whether created as a single, student-created account or as part of a counselor’s bulk account creation). We are working on a fix. In the meantime, any student experiencing this issue just needs to logout of CFNC.org and then login again. That will enable the student to work with his/her profile going forward. We apologize for any inconvenience.
